Delivery Options

For UK residents, delivery will be handled either by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded/DPD next day (please note DPD do not collect Saturdays). We may also ship from our Amazon warehouses, a flat rate of £6.99 is charged.

For overseas orders, delivery will be handled either by DPD, Royal Mail or dispatched from our Amazon warehouses and a flat rate of £15.00 is charged. Royal Mail International delivery times can be found here https://www.royalmail.com/personal/international-delivery/international-standard

Sometimes parcels get delayed which is out of our control, lost packages will of course be replaced or refunded. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for full info.

Free Delivery

Free delivery on UK orders over £50 (that’s almost half what you needed to spend before). Express delivery is a flat £6.99. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands will go through Royal Mail rather than DPD – Next day service is not available or guaranteed to these areas, but we send with Royal Mail 24 so there is a 93% chance (according to Royal Mail) that it will arrive in 24 hours. Please note, as per our terms and conditions, the next day service is not guaranteed, nor are you able to claim a refund on non-delivery next day. In the last 12 months 98.5% of our shipments with DPD were either delivered next day or a delivery attempt was made (i.e. if the item wasn’t delivered it was because the recipient was out). That means only 1.5% of items were either delayed or misplaced at the depot temporarily. For full info on your rights please see the Terms & Conditions page.
